How the price works
What happens on the visit
The same four steps on every job, in the order they happen.
We look at the wall, not just the colour.
The technician checks what is under the paint — damp, blown plaster, old filler — because a coat over a wet patch fails within weeks.
One price, in writing, before any work.
A single written figure for preparation, masking, labour and paint. If a wall needs more than we quoted for, we stop and tell you before another tin is opened.
Everything covered that we are not painting.
Floors, furniture, sockets, switches and handles are masked and covered before the first tin is opened — that is what the preparation line on the invoice pays for.
We walk it with you in daylight.
Every wall is checked with you under natural light, touch-ups done on the spot, and the workmanship is covered for 12 months in writing.
What the invoice looks like
This is the shape of the invoice — the labels, not the amounts. The figure on the day is the figure we quoted you before the visit.
