Two sheets come out of the folder at the end of the job: what we did, and the 12-month warranty on the workmanship. Neither carries a price on this page — the figures are the ones you approved on the quote.
1 · The job report
Page one of the report — the same sheet the technician fills in and signs.
What you called us about, in the words you used.
What the technician found when he tested it.
What was done, in the order it was done.
Every part fitted, as its own line, with the price you agreed before it went in.
The total — the same figure that was quoted before the visit.
The technician's signature and yours.
2 · The 12-month warranty certificate
The certificate — one per job, two per A4 sheet, English on one side and Arabic on the other.
The serial number, printed on both sheets (for example LF-26-0412).
The type of work and the date it was completed.
The date the 12 months of cover ends.
Covered: our workmanship on the work described in the report.
Not covered: new damage, water damage after we left, and parts beyond their maker's warranty.
The number to call, and the serial to quote when you call it.
3 · How the serial is checked
1Scan or open
Scan the code on the certificate, or open lazimfix.com/verify.
2Type the serial
It is printed on both the report and the certificate.
3Read the two dates
Issue date and the end of cover. That is all we publish.
We publish the serial, the type of work and the two dates — never a name, a building or a flat number.
