1. Who we are
lazimfix.com is operated by LazimFix (trade licence no. [ADD LICENCE NUMBER]), based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (“LazimFix”, “we”, “us”). By using this website, requesting a quote, or booking our services, you agree to these Terms of Use.
2. Our services
We provide facilities and property maintenance services across the UAE, including air-conditioning, plumbing, electrical, handyman, painting, cleaning and pest control. Descriptions on this website are general information only; the scope of any job is agreed with you at the time of booking or after an on-site inspection.
3. Estimates and quotes
The instant estimate on this website is indicative only and is not a binding offer. It is calculated from the options you select and does not include spare parts or work discovered later. A final fixed price is confirmed in writing (usually on WhatsApp) before any work begins. Prices are in UAE dirhams; VAT is applied where stated on the invoice.
4. Bookings and access
When you book, you confirm that you are authorised to request work at the property. Please give our technicians safe access and, where needed, water and power. If no one is available during the agreed time window, we may charge a call-out fee.
5. Parts, materials and specialist work
Spare parts and materials are charged separately unless your quote states otherwise. Parts carry their supplier’s warranty. For specialised work (for example chiller systems or gas works) we may bring in an approved specialist, but we remain your single point of contact and remain responsible for the job.
6. Workmanship warranty
We warrant our workmanship for 12 months from the date on your invoice. If the same fault returns within that period, we will re-attend and fix it at no labour cost. The warranty does not cover misuse, damage caused by others, pre-existing or unrelated faults, normal wear and tear, or parts (which follow the supplier’s warranty). To make a claim, contact us with your invoice number.
7. Payment
Payment is due on completion unless we agree otherwise in writing. We accept cash, card, bank transfer or a secure payment link. You will always see the amount before work starts. Overdue amounts may attract reasonable recovery costs.
8. Cancellations and rescheduling
You may reschedule or cancel free of charge up to 3 hours before the agreed time window. Later cancellations, or no access on arrival, may incur a call-out fee. We will always tell you about a fee before charging it.
9. Your responsibilities
Please give us accurate contact details and a correct description of the problem, and tell us about any hazards (for example exposed wiring, water damage, or pets). Please move valuables and fragile items away from the work area before we arrive.
10. Liability
We carry out our work with reasonable skill and care. If we damage your property through our negligence, we will repair the damage or compensate you up to the value of the affected job. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for pre-existing defects, or for faults caused by third parties. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under UAE law.
11. Using this website
You may use this website for lawful personal or business enquiries. You may not scrape, copy, reverse-engineer or misuse it, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to it or to our systems. We may suspend access where we detect abuse.
12. Intellectual property
The LazimFix name, logo, text, photographs and design on this website belong to us or are used with permission. You may not reproduce them for commercial use without our written consent.
13. Third-party services
Our website and communication rely on third parties such as WhatsApp (Meta), our hosting provider and our email service. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The version published on this page applies from the date shown at the top.
15. Governing law and complaints
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction. If something goes wrong, please contact us first — most issues are resolved the same day. If we cannot resolve it, you may also contact the relevant consumer protection authority in the UAE.
