Can you come the same day?
Most days, if you message before noon. Tell us the building and flat number when you book — access rules differ from tower to tower, and a booking that respects reception does not get sent away.
Which JLT clusters do you cover?
All of them — A to Z, plus the shops and offices at street level. Say the cluster letter and tower number when you message and we will tell you the earliest slot.
Why is there no price on this page?
Because two flats in the same tower can need different work, and a fake number online becomes a real argument on the doorstep. You get one written price for your job, before any tools come out.
